Objective To retrieve, evaluate and integrate evidence related to prevention and management of lifestyle-related dry eye patients. Methods The clinical decisions, recommended practices, evidence summaries, technical reports, guidelines, expert consensuses and systematic evaluations on the prevention and management of lifestyle-related dry eye patients in domestic and foreign databases were retrieved by the computer. The evidence was extracted and summarized according to the subject after the independent literature quality evaluation by 2 researchers. The literature retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the databases to September 2022. Results According to the inclusion criteria,13 pieces of the literature were screened, including 1 guideline,5 systematic reviews,3 expert consensuses,2 technical reports and 2 evidence summaries. Through literature reading, evidence extraction and classification,a total of 25 pieces of evidence were summarized, including assessment, symptom identification, identification of risk factors, artificial tear management, eye care, diet management, health guidance,follow-up education. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence of prevention and management of lifestyle-related dry eye patients,so as to provide references for nurses to carry out clinical practice. In the process of evidence transformation, the actual situation should be combined to improve the quality of nursing.

Objective To evaluate the effect of upper limb rehabilitation exercises on maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 77 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment in the blood purification center from October to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=39) and an experimental group(n=38) according to random number table. The experimental group received the upper limb rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing care, and the control group only received routine nursing care. The hand grip strength, range of shoulder motion, arteriovenous fistula blood flow, and cephalic vein diameter on the non arteriovenous fistula side were compared between the 2 groups before and 3 months after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in hand grip strength, range of shoulder motion, blood flow of arteriovenous fistula and the diameter of cephalic vein on the non arteriovenous fistula side(P>0.05). After the intervention, the grip strength on the side of arteriovenous fistula(t=-2.350,P=0.022),grip strength on the side of non arteriovenous fistula(t=-3.693,P<0.001),abduction of shoulder joint on the side of arteriovenous fistula(t=-2.468,P=0.016),external rotation(t=-5.167,P<0.001),internal rotation(t=-2.059,P=0.043),blood flow of arteriovenous fistula(t=-2.020,P=0.047) and diameter of cephalic vein on the side of non arteriovenous fistula(t=-5.229,P<0.001) in the experimental group increased, compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercises for upper limbs can help to improve the upper limb function and maintain arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.

YANG Juan, LI Muling, LI Chunmei, HUANG Qinghui, LIN Shaoqin, ZHOU Hongzhen
Chinese Journal of Nursing    2022, 57 (1): 66-72.   DOI: 10.3761/j.issn.0254-1769.2022.01.010

Objective To construct a fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in ophthalmology department,so as to provide ophthalmology medical staff with an effective fall risk assessment tool for ophthalmology inpatients. Methods We determined the index items of the fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in ophthalmology department through literature review,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The convenience sampling method was used to select 41 ophthalmic medical staff members from a tertiary A hospital in Guangzhou as the research subjects in July to August 2021,and the application effect of the constructed scale was preliminarily verified by "Ophthalmic Medical Staff Satisfaction Questionnaire". Results 2 rounds of expert consultations resulted in the effective response rates of 100%,with the authority coefficients of 0.830 and 0.855,and the kendall harmony coefficients of 0.154 and 0.225,which were statistically significant (P<0.001). Finally, the assessment scale was formed, including 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators. The ophthal-mologists were satisfied with the fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in the ophthalmology department, and their satisfaction score was (22.02±3.47) points, which was higher than the satisfaction score of Morse Fall Scale (P<0.001). Conclusion The assessment scale constructed in this study is scientific and practical, which can provide a reference and basis for clinical ophthalmologists to accurately and effectively assess the fall risk of inpatient ophthalmology inpatients.
